Welcome to "Bai Sao" or in English ... "Star Beach."

Gecko Jacks Resort is located on Bai Sao beach, right in the center of the bay. The beach boasts some of the whitest sand you will find, not only in Vietnam and Asia, but in the whole world. Phu Quoc has often been called the hidden treasure, mainly due to this amazing beach.

When the land for Gecko Jacks resort was first purchased from a local fisherman 10 years ago there wasn't a single person or building in sight and we really thought we had found our own bit of hidden paradise, but when things are this good it would just be selfish to keep it to ourselves. So, in the middle of 2008 we will be opening the doors so that other people can join us and discover what is truly a magical place.

The beach is not only fantastically warm all year round, but is very shallow for a long way out, thus perfect for kids and families. With the endless sunshine you will notice the sea go through the most amazing array of turquoise and blues you are ever likely to see anywhere on the planet!!
